The Akashic Records are the sacred container/recordings of all events, thoughts, emotions, intentions, actions, and words that have ever and will ever occur. They exist in the non-physical place where we as humans do not reside.  With practice, we can visit and receive guidance and knowledge that serves our highest good.  This guided meditation will take you through a ritual/prayer to get centered and then ask your question of the Akashic Records.
