When you are struggling with a question and not knowing what to do when faced with a big decision, it can be scary to know what or who to trust. It is difficult to feel connected and supported by your Divine Team when you are in this place of self-doubt. The truth is you have so much support and your teachers are there to help you. You just have to ask and make the space to listen. 
 
In this 15-minute guided meditation, you will step into the sacred space in your heart and will be guided to meet with your teachers and guides. You will meet them and receive the answer that you need for whatever situation you are in.  Use as often as you need and don't take any action until the decision feels good in your body.
