Monday | May 1st, 2023
Our card from Monday is from my new favorite deck the Medicine Woman Oracle. Your message to start the week out is to celebrate your body temple. Your body is truly a Divine messenger if you learn to listen you can create a beautiful relationship. It is time to trust your body and reconnect with your root chakra- your base of power. Get a massage, take a hot bath, do something else that brings joy to your physical body today.
Mantra: I awaken to the power that lives inside each cell of my body.
Tuesday | May 2nd, 2023
It's okay to be a little blue, it's okay to cry, to be scared and even self isolate a little. Tending to your mental health is a balancing act. If you have been wallowing too much then do something today to help you lift up a little. Whatever you do, be gentle with yourself today. Don't let pride get in the way of self-care. Choosing to be kind to yourself is the ultimate act of love.

Wednesday | May 3rd, 2023
The card is scarier than the message! Today is to look at the conflict in your life. Can you get to higher ground and see what the person or situation you are having conflict with is projecting onto you? Own what is yours and then move from the rest. Understand they are not able to meet you in a place of compromise. Instead of wasting time on needing to be right, or needing to be understood, make the decision to step away from the conflict. Focus on yourself and those who bring you joy.
Mantra: "I forgive those who impose their beliefs onto me."
Thursday | May 4th, 2023
Thursday's message is a message to look at the love in your life. (Past or current relationship.) What lessons have you learned from your relationships? How can you strengthen your current relationship? How can you find more balance? Ask your Higher Self to guide your heart in understanding your heart as it relates to relationships. If you are single then your message is to also ask your Higher Self because new love is on the horizon! This card is also a reminder that love is everywhere, you can embody love, receive love, and give love in more ways than just a relationship.

Friday | May 5th, 2023
Friday's card is a call to rejuvenate your spirit. Make some time to connect with your Sacred Space. Make sure you get your energy centered and recharge your spirit this weekend. If you don't have your own Sacred Space set up, consider this a nudge to set up a place to connect, to meditate or do your journaling.
